National Defence Academy (NDA)

NDA (National Defense Academy) is the dignified part of Indian Armed forces that incorporates three uniformed services such as: the Army, the Navy and the Air Force. NDA is directed towards bringing and drilling the candidates of all three professional services before they are separated on the basis of their pre-commissioned training in their respective academies. For an entry in NDA, an entrance exam is conducted by UPSC after which the students are signed off to their respective academies for future training prospects.

Age Limit : Age of the applicant should land between 16.5 to 19 years .

• applied for Army wing and Air force and Navy wing.

CDS ( Combined Defense Academy ) :

• Degree from a recognized university or similar education will go.

, AFCAT exam is quite different from other defence entrance exams. AFCAT is exclusive for IAF. Whereas, NDA & NA exam and CDS Exams are for all armed forces such as Indian Army, Navy and IAF

NDA Exam pattern !

* The question paper will be divided into 2 section- Mathematics & General Ability sections.
* There will be total 120 questions scoring total 300 marks for Mathematics section and 150 questions scoring total 600 marks for General Ability Section.
* Total marks for the NDA examination will be 900.
* The duration of examination for section I will be 150 minutes and for section II will be 150 minutes.
* There will be penalty for each wrong answers..
